ADMISSION IN GRADUATE COURSE

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
  • A test is conducted by the Vice-Rector, Head of the International Relations Department of YSMU in New Delhi . The dates of the test should be confirmed from the authorized representative of the University .
  • Admission letter would be issued the same day after submission of all required documents (including Admission fee) and successfully passing the test. In case the candidate is unable to pass the test, all his documents along with the full amount of the admission fee would be refunded immediately.
  • Admission processing fee of Rs.1,25,000 includes: admission processing fee, counseling fee, legalization of the documents and visa fee.
  • Admission fee is strictly non-refundable once admission is granted.

 


Documents Required for Admission

  • Application form *
  • School marks sheets and pass certificates (Class X & XII).
  • Notary attested copy of the above documents.
  • Twelve-passport size photographs.
  • Medical fitness certificate with HIV report.
  • Eligibility certificate issued by MCI * (could be submitted before departure).
  • Valid Passport with two photocopies (could be submitted later).

* Application form to be filled by the individual on the day of admission.

ADMISSION IN POST- GRADUATE COURSES

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • Photocopy of the documents could be sent along with bio-data to confirm the availability of the seat in the selected specialty.
  • The Vice-Rector, Head of the International Relations Department of YSMU grants admission in New Delhi after submission of all required documents (including Admission fee).
  • Last date of submission of application: 25 th August (for October Session) 25 th January (for March Session)
  • Admission is purely on first come bases and subject to availability of seat in the concerned specialty.
  • Admission fee of Rs.1,25,000 includes admission processing fee, counseling fee, legalization of documents and visa fee.
  • Admission is subject to availability of a seat in the preferred specialty course.
  • Admission fee is strictly non-refundable once admission is granted.

     

Documents Required for Admission

  1. Curriculum Vitae.
  2. Application form*
  3. Matriculation certificate.
  4. Medical graduate degree.
  5. Mark sheets of the medical course (all terms).
  6. MCI or state medical council registration certificate.
  7. Experience certificate (if any).
  8. Notary attested copy of the above documents.
  9. Twelve passport size photographs.
  10. Medical fitness certificate with HIV report.
  11. Valid Passport and two photocopies (could be submitted later).

* Application form to be filled by the individual on the day of admission.
